Services

We provide embroidery digitizing and vector conversion services. Every file is delivered digitally in the formats specified with your order.

Orders and payment

Each order is confirmed with a fixed quote before work begins. Payment is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual property

You warrant that you own or have permission to use any artwork you submit. Ownership of the artwork remains with you. Ownership of the digitized file transfers to you upon full payment.

Revisions

Revisions are free and unlimited until the file sews out to specification. Requests unrelated to the original brief may be treated as new orders.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for downstream production losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law where StichDesign is registered.
