Standard turnaround is 4–12 hours. Priority is 2–4 hours, and rush is under 2 hours for urgent work. Complex jobs like photo-stitch may take 24–48 hours.

What file formats do I get?

Every order includes DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, VIP, XXX and EMB — bundled at no extra cost. Just tell us which one your machine uses and we'll flag it in the delivery.

How much does digitizing cost?

Do you offer revisions?

Yes — revisions are unlimited and free until the file sews out perfectly. We'd rather revise than deliver a file that doesn't run right.

Can I get a physical sew-out?

Yes — we can produce a physical sew-out and send you a photo for a $15 add-on. Recommended for high-value jobs or new customers.

How do I send my artwork?

Upload any file through our instant quote form — JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG are all fine. If your source file is old or low-res, we can still work from it.

Do you use auto-digitizing software?

Never. Every file we deliver is hand-punched in Wilcom or Pulse by a senior digitizer with 10+ years of commercial experience.

What if my file doesn't sew right?

Send us photos or video and we'll revise the file at no charge until it does. Our first-pass approval rate is 99.4%.
